Rose McGowan Seems to Have Shredded a Tutu


Rose McGowan attended the New Museum's Spring Gala last night wearing a very short aqua-blue minidress with pleated detailing at the skirt and patches of ruched tulle. She accessorized with a silver purse and shiny shoes.
