Terms & Conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms: Your use of the Web Site is subject to the following TERMS, which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. It is important for you to refer to these TERMS from time to time to make sure that you are aware of any additions, revisions, or modifications that we may have made to these TERMS. Your use of the Web Site constitutes your acceptance of these TERMS.
2. Lisa Shops rates do not include the price of the goods, taxes or services purchased on client’s behalf.
3. Full payment is required at time of services. Any decline in payment will require an account service fee of $25.00 to be added to your bill. All collection cost on any debit owed to Stealth Styling we be paid by the customer long with a 25% collection charge.
4. Cancellation of personalized face-to-face services requires 24 hours notice. You will be charged the full amount of the personalized service if you do not provide 24-hour notice.
5. Lisa Shops will charge the annual subscription fee and any other additional fees you authorize to the charge or credit card account provided by you. By authorizing Lisa Shops to charge a credit card for the fees associated with your subscription, you are authorizing Lisa Shops to automatically continue charging that card for all fees or charges associated with your subscription including any renewal fees as described below.
6. Automatic Renewal of Annual Subscription: When you sign up online for the Service, your annual subscription will be set to automatically renew upon its expiration. This means that unless you cancel your account via written notice 30 day prior to expiration date, your account will automatically renew for another year. At the time of renewal, we will charge your credit card the then-current fees to renew the Service.
7. Upgrade of service: At any time, if you wish to upgrade your existing service, the prorated amount will be applied to the upgrade package. All other terms and conditions agreed to will still apply. The initial sign up date will continue to be your anniversary renewal date.
8. Freight: Any freight and handling charges will be applied to the customer’s bill at time of shipping.
9. Cancellations and Refunds: Lisa Shops shall refund the fees you paid upon initial online sign up or renewal of the Service provided Stealth Styling receives such written refund request within thirty (30) days of the billing date for any such fees. A minimum of one month fee plus handling fee of $25 will be charged for all cancellations and refunds.
10. Changes in Price: Lisa Shops may at any time, upon notice required by applicable law, change the price of the Service or any part thereof, or institute new charges or fees. Price changes and the institution of new charges implemented during your subscription term will apply to subsequent subscription terms and to all new subscribers after the effective date of the change. If you do not agree to any such price changes, then you must cancel your account and stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such change shall constitute your acceptance of such change.
